Don't let those skinny arms fool you. The 5-foot-9 guard from Virginia is a tremendous shot-maker and a crafty left-handed scorer and facilitator who understands how to make those around him better. He's got the well above average IQ to his game, an aspect transferable to his coachability and the leadership he'll assume as a sophomore under Scotland Campus HS coach Dave Gobrogge.
Ball's mid-range game and work ethic and ability to hit scorers in stride and create the high low attack have all solidified his status as a promising young player in workouts. If he can continue to improve and pack muscle onto his spindly frame while undergoing a growth spurt, he's got the potential to be a very special player.
Stanley Poliniere, Class of 2020, Scotland Campus
All the way from Paris, France, the hard attacking point guard has an innate facilitating ability. He's developed a real adept feel for the drive-and-kick game, where he can lure in defenders with his forays to the basket and dish it to an astonishingly open teammate.
Poliniere's strength and college-ready body are factors that will give him appeal on the Division-I market, where he's a safe bet to accumulate offers within the next few months. Poliniere has become more of a shooter and has added a reliable 3-point shot to his scoring arsenal. His passing off the dribble and passing in traffic are valuable factors of his game, which is predicated on initiating offense as a creator first and then scoring when he has the opportunity.

Seven Ferguson, Class of 2020, Miami Prep
The 6-foot-4 guard/forward is in the process of establishing a wing's skill set to his hustle heavy game. Known for boundless energy and athleticism, Ferguson has a motor and a layer of relentlessness that has attracted Division-I programs such as NAVY. He's got the ability to carve his way to the rim and has added a dependable outside shot over the past year. As a post-graduate, Ferguson's heady and no frills style of play should generate more and more interest.
Chase Rowland, Class of 2020 Dobbs Ferry High
One of the lone returning players who saw significant minutes on last year's senior-laden Section 1 championship team, Rowland brings a dependable outside shooting presence and an all around scoring skill set. As he's displayed this summer, he can pace the team offensively and also snatch rebounds over taller players in the trenches. With Rowland being a high academic kid, a multi-sport athlete, and an all around competitor with the type of coach-ability and workmanlike persistence, he's got all the tools to garner high Division-III or Division-II looks this coming winter.
He understands how to lead and how to win at a high level, especially after playing a role on the first Dobbs Ferry team to capture a Section 1 title in 50+ years. He comes from the same program which has churned out the likes of Eric Paschall (Villanova/NBA), Santo Provenzano (One time Section 1 leading scorer at 30+ PPG, in Hall of Fame at Hood College in Maryland), and Mark Blount (Pittsburgh/NBA). With his IQ and natural feel for team and extra pass basketball, Rowland should make a seamless transition to the collegiate game when all is said and done for him under Scott Patrillo at Dobbs.

Remy Robert, Class of 2020, SCF
The bigger, stronger Robert showed flashes on Florida's high level JUCO scene last season. Beyond establishing himself as a reliable 3-point threat who can reel off points in a hurry, he became a sturdy on-ball defender and embraced the day to day grind.
His ability to take over games once he seizes the hot hand has become as noteworthy as his toughness and will to win. He's been very battle tested the last few years and improved his game playing alongside arguably one of the best shooters in the country in D'Moi Hodge and also playing alongside the likes of Dexter Dennis (Wichita State) and other high level talent during his post grad season at Believe Academy. He's added on bounce and at the rim finishing and a natural ability to attack the run.
Elijah Marto, Elgin CC
Since missing the latter years of his high school basketball, Marto did more than make up for some lost time during a post-graduate year at Believe Prep. Possessing a reliable outside shot and able to hit 3-pointers in succession and also stick timely shots, Marto renewed his hoops jones. He's had several performances where he can break open games with his catch-and-stick prowess. With his ability to shoot through hard close outs and also connect on deep 3-pointers, Marto is has the tools to emerged into a true 3-point ace this season.
He was fifth in the country in 3-point percentage for JUCO last season, firing it in at a 46.6 percent clip.
