I would like to preface this post with the announcement that Chad Ford is a turd. In addition to drawing the ire of John Calipari's daughters, Ford ransacked an ideology from our resident draft guru, NBE scribe Doug Ferguson.
That wasn't cool. He needs to give back what wasn't rightfully his and try and make amends with the high-energy hoophead.
As for the floundering Knicks, New Yorkers need to be entertained by more than just Clyde Frazier's wowing, razzle-dazzle with words. We want a show.
Stephen Curry, who made us salivate more than Pavlov's Dog at the Garden during the Jimmy V Classic--turning the last 4:13 into a shooting clinic against West Virginia--could very well provide that show.
While many project Curry as a long shot for the Knicks, there's no magic ball here.
The Knicks would love a quick-strike sniper. The one knock on Curry is his paper-slim frame, which could render him as guardable as the white house. Curry looks a bit baller-in-chief Barack Obama, so hopefully he won't be as tightly defended in the NBA.
